Room Attendant

About the role

Join Four Seasons at a tropical resort where you will ensure each guest room is immaculate and welcoming. As a Room Attendant you will play a vital part in delivering the luxury experience that Four Seasons is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the guest room, including bedroom, living room, dining area, and bathroom, following Four Seasons procedures.
• Make beds, vacuum carpets, and clean marble and tile surfaces.
• Remove used towels, sheets, and service trays; restock clean linens from the linen closet.
• Restock amenities such as shampoo, lotion, cotton balls, stationery, and pens.
• Maintain a set number of rooms per shift and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and respect for guests’ privacy.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties throughout the shift.
