Senior Majordome (Senior Butler)

About the role

Cheval Blanc Seychelles is seeking a dynamic Senior Majordome (Senior Butler) to join its Front Office team. You will be the primary point of contact for villa guests, delivering personalized, high‑end service that reflects the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional, and flexible service to all guests, adhering to Cheval Blanc standards.
• Welcome guests at their villas, conduct orientation, and anticipate their needs throughout their stay.
• Maintain a well‑groomed appearance and a clean, pleasant work environment.
• Support Front Office Management with daily briefings, inventory checks, guest transfers, and villa check‑ins/check‑outs.
• Prepare and submit daily reports, logbooks, and guest agenda updates to the Guest Services Manager.
• Display villa assignments on the Majordome Briefing Room whiteboard, tracking arrivals and departures.
• Offer additional services such as unpacking, ensuring families receive culturally appropriate attention.

• Young, dynamic, self‑motivated professional with a passion for luxury hospitality.
• Strong commitment to genuine hospitality and pursuit of excellence.
• Comprehensive understanding of Cheval Blanc’s philosophy, core values, and facilities (Spa, restaurants, Kids Club, etc.).
• Thorough knowledge of the local area and attractions to assist guests.
• Ability to exceed guest expectations and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
