Spa Therapist

About the role

As a Spa Therapist at Fregate Island, you will deliver personalized spa and wellness treatments to guests staying on our private island resort in the Seychelles. The role combines hands‑on therapeutic work with guest consultation, ensuring a calm, luxurious experience in a remote, natural setting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a range of treatments including massage, body treatments, facials and specialised spa rituals.
• Conduct guest consultations to tailor each treatment to individual needs and preferences.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, treatment preparation and presentation.
• Support broader Spa & Wellness operations such as wellness activities, guest interaction, Spa reception and daily operational tasks.
• Introduce and deliver additional wellness modalities (e.g., Watsu, hydrotherapy, breathwork, energy healing, yoga, reflexology, aromatherapy) when applicable.

Required profile

• Professional Spa Therapist qualification or certification.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a luxury spa, five‑star resort or comparable wellness environment.
• Fluent spoken English; additional European language is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to live and work on a remote private island.
• Calm, discreet and highly professional demeanor.
