Waste Management Attendant

About the role

The Waste Management Attendant supports Four Seasons’ commitment to luxury hospitality by ensuring all waste is collected, sorted, and disposed of in a safe and environmentally responsible manner throughout the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and transport waste from guest areas, back‑of‑house, and service zones to designated disposal points.
• Separate recyclable, compostable, and landfill waste according to Four Seasons’ sustainability guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of waste collection areas and ensure bins are emptied regularly.
• Assist housekeeping and facilities teams with waste‑related tasks and reporting.
• Monitor and restock waste bags, liners, and related supplies.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in waste handling, housekeeping, or a similar hospitality role.
• Physical stamina to lift and move waste containers.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedural guidelines.

Required skills

• Knowledge of waste segregation and recycling procedures.
• Ability to operate cleaning and waste‑handling equipment safely.
