About the role
TalentWorldGroup is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join its remote call‑center team. The role focuses on first‑level support for a travel‑booking platform, handling inbound and outbound interactions in French and English.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls to assist customers.
- Manage cases, log interactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Handle modifications, cancellations, deposit claims, and escalate complaints when needed.
- Provide timely assistance during escalations and ensure high‑quality service.
- Analyze call data, share feedback, and stay updated on platform changes.
Required profile
- Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call‑center environment.
- Ability to multitask between live calls and case handling.
- Strong computer literacy and experience working online.
- Availability 30‑40 hours per week, including mandatory weekend shifts.
Required skills
- Zendesk or similar ticketing platform.
- Slack for team collaboration.
- Salesforce and standard office tools.
- Windows 11 or macOS 14 operating systems.
