About the role

Raffles Seychelles is seeking a dedicated Butler to provide personalized, high‑end service to guests staying in its luxury villas. The role involves anticipating guest needs, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring every stay reflects the iconic Raffles standard of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver day‑to‑day butler services from arrival through departure, exceeding guest expectations.
• Conduct pre‑arrival research on guest preferences and share insights with relevant departments.
• Communicate professionally with guests via email and WhatsApp to introduce services and gather requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all butler areas, including occupied and vacant rooms, pantries, and equipment.
• Inspect assigned villas before guest arrival to ensure setup aligns with guest preferences.
• Monitor expiry dates of perishables and manage minibar inventory efficiently.
• Liaise with Private Dining to coordinate amenities and special requests.
• Practice tactful up‑selling of hotel products in line with targets.
• Welcome repeat and long‑stay guests, updating profiles and ensuring personalized attention.
• Foster clear communication within the team and with management regarding guest needs.
