Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

Join the luxury hospitality team at Raffles Seychelles as a Housekeeping Attendant. You will ensure that guest villas, restaurants, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest villas, restaurants, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces daily according to company standards.
• Replenish guest supplies, linen and amenities in service stations, villas and public spaces.
• Keep service pantries tidy, clean and well‑organized.
• Prepare flower arrangements when required.
• Report any damage, malfunction or unusual activity to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain equipment in a clean and functional state.
• Complete daily villa task reports and productivity check‑lists.
• Attend briefings, meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
• Handle guest requests and complaints courteously, escalating to the supervisor when necessary.
• Record villa status accurately and comply with health, safety and hygiene policies.

Required profile

• Secondary education or equivalent.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong engagement with guests and ability to work in a team.
• Understanding of different guest levels (VIPs) and room categories.
