Executive Housekeeper Assistant – Resort (Seychelles)

About the role

Join Club Med Seychelles as an Executive Housekeeper Assistant and help ensure a welcoming, spotless environment for guests across 250‑400 rooms. This seasonal position offers on‑site accommodation and the chance to work in a multicultural resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in monitoring cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the maintenance department.
• Supervise, train and organise daily work for a team of 50‑80 housekeeping staff.
• Lead daily briefings and debriefings, ensuring clear communication.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify needs and place orders for supplies.
• Ensure proper use of automated cleaning equipment and compliance with Club Med quality standards.
• Maintain hygiene and safety regulations while delivering high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations, Business Management or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of experience in hotel housekeeping or related hospitality roles.
• Discreet, organized, detail‑oriented and adaptable.
• Strong supervisory and communication skills in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools such as 1Check.
• Experience using a Property Management System (PMS).
