Executive Housekeeper Assistant – Resort (Seychelles)

About the role

The Executive Housekeeper Assistant supports the Executive Housekeeper in delivering a pristine and welcoming environment for guests at Club Med Seychelles. Working on a seasonal basis, you will help maintain high standards of cleanliness across 250‑400 rooms and public areas while supervising a multicultural housekeeping team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in monitoring the cleanliness of guest rooms and public spaces.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and coordinate with the maintenance department.
• Supervise, train and organise the daily work of 50‑80 housekeeping staff.
• Lead daily briefings and debriefings to ensure clear communication.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify needs and place orders for supplies.
• Ensure proper use of automated cleaning equipment and compliance with Club Med quality standards.
• Collaborate with other resort departments to meet guest expectations.
• Uphold hygiene and safety regulations while maintaining service excellence.

Required profile

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations, Business Management or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of experience in housekeeping or hotel operations.
• Strong organisational, supervisory and quality‑control abilities.
• Discreet, detail‑oriented and adaptable to a fast‑paced resort environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools such as 1Check.
• Experience using Property Management Systems (PMS).
