Executive Housekeeper Assistant – Resort Seychelles

About the role

The Executive Housekeeper Assistant supports the Executive Housekeeper in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort across a large resort property. You will work closely with housekeeping, maintenance and other resort departments to ensure a seamless, happy experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor cleanliness of 250‑400 guest rooms and public areas, reporting any maintenance issues.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs, ensuring personalized service.
• Supervise, train and organise daily work for a team of 50‑80 multicultural staff members.
• Lead daily briefings and debriefings, fostering clear communication.
• Control inventory levels, identify needs and place orders for housekeeping supplies.
• Verify proper use of automated cleaning equipment and compliance with Club Med quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety regulations while maintaining service excellence.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations, Business Management or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience in hotel or resort housekeeping.
• Discreet, organized, detail‑oriented and adaptable.
• Strong supervisory and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools such as 1Check.
• Experience using a Property Management System (PMS).
