Executive Housekeeper – Luxury Resort

About the role

Six Senses is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department at its Zil Pasyon resort. The role is central to delivering the brand’s vision of wellness, sustainability and exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public areas meet Six Senses standards and LQA criteria.
• Continuously assess and improve processes, amenities, and services to align with wellness and sustainability practices.
• Lead, coach and motivate a team of hosts to deliver exceptional service and handle guest complaints with effective recovery.
• Maintain compliance with legal, statutory, financial, safety, security and emergency procedures.
• Manage departmental budgets, monitor costs and drive profitability while preserving quality standards.
• Prepare and submit required confidential documentation and attend relevant meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior housekeeping management within luxury hotels or resorts.
• Strong understanding of sustainability, wellness concepts and brand standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Commitment to high personal grooming, hygiene and professional appearance.

Required skills

• Budget management and cost control.
• Knowledge of safety, security and emergency procedures.
• Familiarity with LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards.
