Housekeeping Team Leader – Resort (Seasonal)

About the role

We are looking for a Housekeeping Team Leader to oversee the cleanliness and guest experience at our seasonal resort in Seychelles. You will supervise a multicultural team, ensure high standards, and contribute to a welcoming environment for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas and report issues to maintenance.
• Participate in cleaning tasks when needed and ensure proper use of automated cleaning equipment.
• Manage inventory levels, identify supply requirements and verify compliance with Club Med quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety regulations while maintaining service excellence.
• Collaborate with other resort departments and support team members in their professional growth.

Required profile

• Discreet, organized and detail‑oriented with a strong commitment to service excellence.
• Responsible and adaptable, able to supervise a multicultural team.
• Comfortable using digital tools such as 1Check and a property management system (PMS).
• 1‑3 years of experience in housekeeping or a similar hospitality role.

Required skills

• Proficiency with 1Check.
• Proficiency with a Property Management System (PMS).
