Quality Manager - Luxury Resort

About the role

Constance Ephelia, a luxury resort on the island of Mahé in Seychelles, is looking for an experienced Quality Manager. The role establishes, implements and maintains quality management systems across all operations, leads quality initiatives, ensures compliance with international standards and drives continuous improvement through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and oversee quality management systems and procedures in line with ISO standards and organisational requirements
• Run regular audits, inspections and assessments to find non-conformities and areas for improvement
• Analyse quality data, guest feedback and metrics to spot trends and optimise processes
• Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPA)
• Manage quality documentation, records and compliance files, and maintain quality policies, work instructions and SOPs
• Train and coach colleagues and give induction to staff on quality standards and best practices
• Work with department heads to set quality objectives and targets, and prepare quality reports for senior management
• Monitor supplier and vendor performance, run management reviews and resolve quality issues and complaints promptly

Required profile

• 3-5 years' experience in a quality, brand compliance or guest experience role in hospitality
• Experience in luxury and lifestyle hospitality; resort experience is an added advantage
• Leadership and people management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Certifications in quality management are an advantage
