Room Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Four Seasons is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to uphold the brand’s luxury standards in guest rooms. You will be responsible for ensuring each room is impeccably clean, well‑stocked, and ready for guests, contributing to memorable stays in a tropical resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the guest room, including bedroom, living room, dining area, and bathroom, following Four Seasons procedures.
• Remove used towels and linens and replace them with fresh items from the linen closet.
• Make beds, vacuum carpets, and clean marble and tile surfaces.
• Clear service trays, dishes, and carts from rooms to service landings.
• Restock amenities such as shampoo, lotion, cotton balls, stationery, and pens.
• Adhere to Category One and Category Two work rules and the Four Seasons Code of Conduct.
• Collaborate professionally with co‑workers and supervisors to maintain a harmonious work environment.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift moderate loads.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work efficiently during assigned shifts.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good communication skills.
