Server – Luxury Island Resort

About the role

Four Seasons is seeking a dedicated Server to join the team at its exclusive resort on Desroches Island. The successful candidate will deliver an exceptional beverage and dining experience that reflects Four Seasons’ standards of quality, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guests with attentive, unobtrusive service, anticipating needs before they are expressed.
• Present menus, explain items, specials, children’s options, and alternative cuisine.
• Accurately operate the hotel’s point‑of‑sale system to ring up sales, print and close checks, and complete end‑of‑day reports.
• Set, clear, and reset tables with proper linen, china, glassware, and silverware.
• Maintain beverage service standards, including proper use of stemware, garnishes, and the “Captain’s Pad” for communication.
• Handle private dining rooms and functions, ensuring all guest requirements are met.
• Address guest concerns promptly, informing management of any issues and their resolution.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to delivering Four Seasons‑level service.
• Ability to follow payroll and uniform procedures accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel point‑of‑sale/computer systems.
• Knowledge of beverage service, including stemware handling and garnish preparation.
