Sommelier – Luxury Hotel & Resort

About the role

Four Seasons is seeking a talented and creative Sommelier to join its luxury resort team. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, you will lead the wine program, ensuring exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain wine lists in collaboration with the F&B leadership team.
• Recommend food‑and‑wine pairings and engage guests with personalized wine suggestions.
• Control costs through strategic purchasing, inventory management, and cost‑control measures.
• Maintain a visible presence on the floor, handling special requests and promoting positive public relations.

Required profile

• Certified wine and beverage education (WSET or equivalent).
• In‑depth knowledge of wine varieties, regions, and service techniques.
• Experience in luxury hotels or high‑end restaurants, preferably 1‑2 years as a Sommelier.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and a collaborative team mindset.
