Spa Receptionist – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests visiting the resort’s hill‑top spa. You will create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, manage guest arrivals and departures, and ensure smooth daily operations in line with Four Seasons standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate guest check‑in and check‑out for spa services, handling cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Provide genuine hospitality, answer guest inquiries, and offer personalized recommendations for spa treatments and resort facilities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of spa menus, promotions, and resort amenities to upsell services appropriately.
• Handle unexpected situations or emergencies calmly, following hotel policies and procedures.
• Assist the supervisor with operational tasks and training of new team members as needed.
