Spa Supervisor – Yoga Specialist

About the role

Four Seasons is seeking a dynamic Spa Supervisor with a strong background in yoga and wellness to lead the spa experience on Desroches Island. The role combines supervision of daily spa operations with the delivery of a diverse range of yoga and holistic classes for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a role model for the hotel’s code of conduct, grooming and hygiene standards.
• Work hands‑on, assist colleagues during busy periods and actively participate in briefings and meetings.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Provide guests with information about spa services and update daily logs.
• Produce required spa reports and process all charges using the spa software and Opera PMS.
• Assist guests with retail merchandise when needed.
• Design and deliver yoga classes covering AntiGravity, Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Power, Energy Trail, Pregnancy, Aqua, Nidra, Pranayama, and Meditation.
• Conduct sound‑healing/bath experiences and Pilates sessions as part of the guest program.
• Set up class rooms with appropriate props, lighting, music and ensure a personalized experience for each participant.
• Follow up with students after classes to ensure satisfaction and safety.

Required profile

• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with the ability to support team members during peak times.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate interaction between staff and management.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and guest service.
• Passion for teaching yoga and wellness practices with a focus on guest wellbeing.
