Front Desk Agent – Hospitality (Seychelles/Overseas)

About the role

Club Med Resorts is looking for enthusiastic Front Desk Agents to join its team in Seychelles or other overseas locations. As the first point of contact for guests, you will ensure smooth arrivals and departures while delivering the high‑standard service the brand is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Manage check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
• Answer the telephone switchboard and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
• Handle cash‑box operations, including payments and refunds.
• Promote on‑site sales such as accommodation upgrades, meals and B&B packages.
• Provide accurate information about Club Med services, activities and local events.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.

Required profile

• Friendly, attentive and able to build rapport with guests.
• Meticulous and responsive, with a flexible and agile attitude.
• Good people skills and a customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to operate a telephone switchboard and cash‑handling systems.
