About the role
Join Club Med Resorts as a Front Desk Agent and become the first friendly face guests meet on arrival. You will work in a vibrant resort environment, handling check‑ins, check‑outs and providing information about on‑site services and local attractions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage arrivals and departures, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out processes.
- Answer the telephone switchboard and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
- Handle cash transactions, operate the cash‑box, and process payments accurately.
- Promote sales of additional services such as meals, B&B packages and special events.
- Provide guests with detailed information about resort facilities, activities and external events.
Required profile
- Flexible and agile, able to adapt to a fast‑paced hospitality setting.
- Attentive and meticulous, with a strong focus on detail.
- Excellent people skills and the ability to build rapport with guests.
- Responsive and proactive in addressing guest needs.
